Helles Zimmer in WG in Rapperswil – ab sofort bis 30.06

Ich vermiete eines von drei hellen Zimmern in einer geräumigen Wohnung in Rapperswil, verfügbar ab sofort bis zum 30.06. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel.

Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig mit großen Fenstern und Holzboden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem älteren, aber gut gepflegten Haus und verfügt über alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten. Besonders schön ist der große Garten, der genutzt werden kann.

Die Wohnung ist aktuell größtenteils unmöbliert, da ich selbst erst vor etwa einem Monat eingezogen bin.

Zu mir: Ich bin Felix, 25, männlich, und mache aktuell ein Praktikum in Rapperswil, nachdem ich gerade mein Studium abgeschlossen habe. Ich werde bis Ende Juni hier bleiben.

Ich suche eine oder eventuell zwei Mitbewohner:innen für ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben.

Bright Room in Shared Apartment in Rapperswil – Available Immediately until 30.06

I’m renting out one of three bright rooms in a spacious apartment in Rapperswil, available immediately until June 30. Move-in date is flexible.

The room is bright and spacious with large windows and a wooden floor. The apartment itself is in an older but well-maintained house and includes all basic amenities. A big plus is the beautiful garden that can be used.

The apartment is currently mostly unfurnished, as I moved in only about a month ago.

About me: I’m Felix, 25, male, and currently doing an internship in Rapperswil after finishing my studies. I will be staying here until the end of June.

Looking for one or possibly two flatmates who enjoy a relaxed and respectful living environment.
