We’re renting out a bright and quiet room in our spacious shared house in Thalwil for CHF 765/month, including utilities, starting 1 April 2026.
The room has beautiful parquet flooring, practical built-in wardrobes, and a calm, cosy feel. The house itself offers a lot more space than your typical city flat, with a large garden, outdoor area, and a peaceful green setting with a great view.
This place is perfect for students looking for more than just a room — it’s a relaxed and comfortable home with plenty of space and a great atmosphere. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas are shared.
The location combines the best of both worlds: quiet living close to nature, while still being well connected to Zurich.

Who we’re looking for

We’re ideally looking for a student around our age (18-25) who fits well into the flatshare. What matters most to us is a friendly, easy-going, and respectful vibe at home.
So if you’re tidy, laid-back, and looking for a relaxed WG with good people, we’d love to hear from you. We care much more about a good match and a nice atmosphere than about perfection.
About us
We’re four ETH students — two women (23 and 25) and two guys (both 24) — living together in our house in Thalwil.
We’re an open-minded, easy-going, and sociable WG. We like hanging out together from time to time, but we also respect each other’s space and independence. For us, it’s important that everyone feels comfortable at home and that the overall vibe in the house is good.
