You will have your own fully furnished bedroom or unfurnished if you prefer and your own bathroom so plenty of privacy. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the accessories you could need. Everything is shared in a friendly respectful way.
I am relatively tidy I enjoy a chilled environment and occasionally cook expect delicious smells now and then. I also have a cat she is very sweet and definitely expects to be adored.
This is a quiet home perfect if you like peace after work cozy evenings and good vibes.
The apartment is in walking distance to 2 bus stops. By bus it takes 3 minutes to reach the train station on foot it is 15 minutes. The apartment is also in walking distance to shops and is close to the start of several walking or running routes.

Ich bin eine berufstaetige Frau und suche eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin um meine grosszuegige 120 m2 Wohnung zu teilen. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemuetlich mit einem Balkon der am Nachmittag wunderbar sonnig ist perfekt zum Entspannen mit einem Kaffee oder einer Katze auf dem Schoss.
Du bekommst dein eigenes vollstaendig moebliertes Zimmer oder unmoebliert wenn du moechtest und ein eigenes Badezimmer also viel Privatsphaere. Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und die Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Alles wird in einer freundlichen und respektvollen Atmosphaere geteilt.
Ich bin meistens ordentlich geniesse eine ruhige Umgebung und koche ab und zu dann riecht es lecker in der Wohnung. Ausserdem habe ich eine Katze sie ist sehr lieb und erwartet natuerlich dass man sie bewundert.
Das ist ein ruhiges Zuhause ideal fuer jemanden der nach der Arbeit gerne abschaltet gemuetliche Abende mag und eine positive Stimmung schaetzt.
Die Wohnung liegt in Gehdistanz zu zwei Bushaltestellen. Mit dem Bus erreicht man den Bahnhof in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss sind es etwa 15 Minuten.
Auch Einkaufmoeglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar und die Wohnung liegt nahe am Start mehrerer Spazier und Laufstrecken.
