We are looking for an independent, organized, and tidy person who values a peaceful and respectful living environment. The ideal tenant is someone who can maintain shared spaces as they are found, and who appreciates the importance of quiet hours and allowing each other proper rest.

Room available from March 1st. If really needed, we could possibly arrange a few days/weeks earlier, around the second half of February. I will be back in Zurich on February 12th after my holidays, and from then on I’ll be able to show the apartment.
