We are moving for professional reasons and are looking for new tenants for our beautiful 4.5-room apartment in Zurich Altstetten as of February 1, 2025. The apartment offers the following standard of fittings:

• Large terrace (raised ground floor, 36 m²) with gravel (no lawn to maintain)

• Visitor parking spaces are available
• Mobility car directly in the neighborhood, including Mobility subscription for residents
• Pets allowed by arrangement with the administration

Various shopping facilities (Letzipark with a large Coop, Jumbo, Manor, and several other stores, Aldi, and Coop Pronto, which is open 24/7) are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached within 3-5 minutes walking distance.
