Hello, my dear future flatmate and all the other desperate flat hunters! You will be living in a nice 16 m2 room, facing the morning sun and enjoying the quiet surrounding. You will be getting a flat on the 4th floor, with a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler (no schedules my dear friend😎), walls, doors and a flatmate, who regularly walks inside of a flat, leaves for work, does some aikido and occasionally cooking)). The flat is located 5 min walk away from Altstetten Bahnhof and 1 min from bus station Letzibach. Nearby Aldi and Coop. To get all of the above you just have to be above 28 (cm 🤪) years old, male or female, have a job and be aware of others living around you. Animals are not allowed, so the only ones you can have are dead fish and meat in the fridge. Please, write me shortly about yourself, your job and what are you searching for.
