As my exchange semester in Zurich comes to an end on February 28, I am looking for a new tenant to take over my room in our shared apartment.
The room is generously sized and features a beautiful balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard, creating a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Its spacious layout offers plenty of flexibility for arranging furniture and making the space truly your own.
The apartment is ideally located: you can reach the city center quickly and conveniently, while the Hönggerberg campus is also easily accessible if needed. This makes it a great option for both students and young professionals.
All the furniture in my room was bought by me for this exchange semester and is in good condition. I would not charge anything for it. I‘m more than happy if I don’t need to get rid of it.
The building also provides shared access to a washing machine and dryer in the basement, available to all residents.
You will be sharing the apartment with uncomplicated and easy-going flatmates, contributing to a relaxed and pleasant living atmosphere.
