Vom 01.04.2026 bis 12.07.2026 (+/- 14 Tage möglich) vermiete ich meine schöne Wohnung in bester Lage unter. Altstadt, Kreuzplatz, Kunsthaus, Stadelhofen und See in 5 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Busanbindung gleich vor der Tür, Hauptbahnhof und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 75 qm gross, hat zwei vollständig möblierte Schlafzimmer, eine Küche mit Esstisch und Bad. Mit allen üblichen Gebrauchsgegenständen ausgestattet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon von der Küche aus und einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschmaschine/Trockner-Raum im Keller.
Highlight ist das Schlafzimmer mit Maisonetteraum mit oberem Arbeits-/Kreativbereich. Nutzung der Instrumente nach Absprache möglich.

Mietpreis: 3100 CHF all inclusive.

Optimalerweise an zwei Personen, die beide Schlafzimmer nutzen und den vollständigen Zeitraum anmieten möchten. Bei Interesse oder Fragen gerne melden.

From April 1, 2026, to July 12, 2026 (+/- 14 days possible), I am renting out my beautiful apartment in a prime location. The old town, Kreuzplatz, Kunsthaus, Stadelhofen, and the lake are all within a 5-minute walk. Bus connections are right outside the door, and the main train station and shopping facilities are 5 minutes away.

The apartment is approx. 75 sqm in size and has two fully furnished bedrooms, a kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom. Equipped with all the usual amenities. There is a small balcony off the kitchen and a shared washer/dryer room in the basement.

The highlight is the bedroom with a mezzanine room with an upper work/creative area. Use of the instruments is possible by arrangement.

Rent: 3100 CHF all inclusive.
