Rent a room in a shared flat in Adliswil

I am looking for a young person (between 20 and 30 years old), preferably LGBTQ+ friendly, to share an apartment with me in Adliswil. I have a 2-year-old female Bengal cat named Amore. She is gorgeous and super gentle cat. Very nice companion.

The ideal roommate would be someone who is respectful of animals and will enjoy to live with Amore as well. I'm looking for an easy going person who works full-time, like me. You will share the whole flat (about 78 m2) only with me.

My name is Ander, I'm a 24-year-old Spanish guy, and I work as a window dresser at HM. I'm interested in astrology, I love watching movies, and I really enjoy fashion. I love animals, I am outgoing and quiet. I don't usually have people over to my place. I like to be social, but l also value my privacy.
I have lived in Spain and in Oslo, Norway.

I'm a smoker, but I only smoke in the balcony, never inside the apartment. If you are also a smoker that is completely fine, but smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. You will need to smoke outside in the balcony.

The flat is very, very nice, in super good condition. I have a very big Samsung TV and a nintendo switch at the living room, and a new amazing sofa-bed that I will share with you for free. It is ideal to watch movies and/or to play video-games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything, dishwasher included, modern and it is just great to cook there. There is also a good table in that space of the home that serves as a dining space.

The balcony is about 8m2 and I have a very comfortable sofa out there. The terrace is covered. In sunny days is a joy to relax a bit there and enjoy the views and the sun.

The orientation of the apartment is both North and South so the natural lightning is really outstanding.

All the common areas are therefore furnished with my own furniture and I share it with you for free, you do not have to pay anything. Everything is mostly new and in excellent condition. You have, of course, to take good care of everything.

There is a common area for bbq and meetings too outside the building. Heating is central and works perfectly.
There is a storage room on the basement, where you can also put your stuff. Laundry is community laundry. You have one day or two per week to make your laundry and dry it. It works very well.
Neighbours are quite and kind people.

It is required to speak English or Spanish in order to have a proper communication between us.

Extra costs are little. Water is included and general utilities are included. Electricity is about 25-30 francs per month. Internet is high-speed with Sunrise and is about 30 francs per month, including Sunrise TV. So you should expect only about 100 Chf max. of common expenses per month.
