As I am moving in with my partner, I am looking for a suitable female tenant to take over my approximately 13 sqm unfurnished room in a well-equipped maisonette apartment.

The room includes a large built-in wardrobe with three doors, located on the upper floor directly opposite the room, offering plenty of storage space.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) and offers a beautiful view of the Uetliberg.

You would be living with 3 other flatmates (2 guys and 1 girl): Björn (Engineer and Entrepreneur, 30 years old, loves his VW Bus, biking and being outdoor, Swiss, speaks also German) Daniel (Key Account Manager, 30 years old, loves biking, running, travelling and 50% off at Denner, Hungarian, speaks also German) Marina (Chemist, 26 years old, loves to prepare the best possible Italian food, skiing, analytical chemistry, always up for a good talk, Italian) To ensure everyone feels comfortable, English is mainly spoken in the apartment.

A female tenant is preferred to maintain the current balance in the shared flat.

The security deposit amounts to 3 months’ gross rent.
