Well located in Wiedikon. It's near a park, and is 5 minutes walk from Schmiede Wiedikon and 10 from Bahnhof Wiedikon and Binz.
I am the current tenant and not the landlord. I would be looking for someone to move in somewhere from mid-March until the first of April or at the beginning of August.
