The house is located in Uitikon, a calm area close to nature. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from the house. Both ETH and UZH are accessible in about 30 minutes by public transport.
The house (JUWO) has approximately 250m² of living space, with spacious communal areas, a big own garden, a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a large cellar. There are also parking spaces and garage available.
The room is very spacious (30m²) with a built in closet.
The rent for the room is about 860 CHF (utilities included).
The house contract is valid until January 31st 2029 with the possibility of an extension. Open communication and mutual respect are essential for a harmonious flatshare. We value a well-maintained home where everyone takes responsibility for keeping things tidy and clean, and contributes to small daily tasks. We also look forward to flatmates who enjoy cooking, eating together, or engaging in shared activities from time to time.

Das Haus (JUWO) befindet sich in Uitikon, einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe der Natur. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Sowohl die ETH als auch die UZH sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar.
Die WG verfügt über ca. 250 m² Wohnfläche, mit großzügigen Gemeinschaftsbereichen, einem großen eigenen Garten, einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner sowie einem großen Keller. Es gibt auch Parkplätze und eine Garage.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gross (30 m²) mit einem grossen Einbauschrank.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt etwa 860 CHF (inklusive Nebenkosten.
Das Mietvertrag für das Haus ist bis zum 31. Januar 2029 befristet mit einer Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.Offene Kommunikation und ein respektvoller Umgang fördern ein stimmiges WG Leben. Wir legen Wert auf ein gepflegtes Zuhause, in dem jeder Verantwortung für die Ordnung übernimmt und kleine Aufgaben im Alltag mitträgt.
