Rent a room in a shared flat in Dübendorf

Ich bin Kevin, 34 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Ich bin international aufgewachsen, immer offen für neues und wohne schon eine Weile hier. Das Quartier ist ruhig gelegen mit viel Grün rundherum. Die grosse Loft Wohnung hat alles was man braucht wie eine offene Küche, grosses Wohnzimmer mit Sitzplatz und ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben eine Bushaltestelle hier von der aus man in 20min am Zürich HB ist.

Für das voll möblierte Zimmer suche ich per sofort einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin.

Ich schätze eine einigermassen ordentliche Wohnung und eine unkomplizierten Atmosphäre. Jeder soll so leben können wie er/sie ist und wie es für einem am besten passt, immer mit Rücksicht auf die anderen Mitbewohner. I'm Kevin, 34 years old and young professional. I grew up internationally, am always open to new things and have been living here for a while already. The neighbourhood is quiet with lots of greenery around. The large loft apartment has everything you need like an open kitchen, a large living room with terrace and is very spacious. We have a bus stop here from which you can reach Zurich main station within 20 minutes.

For the fully furnished room, I am looking for a new roommate starting from as soon as possible.

I value a reasonably tidy flat and an uncomplicated atmosphere. Everyone should be able to live as they are and how it suits them best, always with consideration for their roommates.
