Rent a room in a shared flat in Zurich

I’m looking for someone to sublet my bright and spacious furnished room in Zurich (Dienerstrasse) from 31 March to 31 October 2026.

The flat is shared with two friendly girls (23–27 years old). We are located very close to Langstrasse – lively and central. On weekends you may hear some street noise, but it’s generally not disturbing.

The room is full of natural light and offers a calm, minimal atmosphere. It includes: • a large wardrobe • a comfortable double bed • a desk (perfect for studying or working from home) • two storage cabinets

Most furniture stays in the room (except TV, piano and plants), and the space will be fully available for the subtenant.

In the apartment: • shared living room with dining table and sofa (TV planned soon) • fully equipped kitchen • bathroom • laundry room with dryer in the building

We value cleanliness and a respectful flatshare atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who has previously lived in a shared flat (WG) and cleans up after themselves. We keep things relaxed and cozy — we don’t usually host parties as the flat isn’t very big. Price per month is 828 chf + 13 chf for the internet. Every three months there is also an electricity bill of approximately 10–20 CHF per person.

Due to my time abroad, I’m looking for someone who can stay for the full period mentioned above. The move-out date can be discussed if needed. The contract will be officially signed with the building administration.
