The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with two bus stops right outside the building, Denner and Coop within walking distance, and the city center reachable in about 10 minutes by bus. The flat is also close to the Letzigraben outdoor pool and the city gardens. The flatmates are friendly and respectful — Aurelie (36) works in a bookshop and genuinely loves books, Simon (40) organises events and, when not working, enjoys attending events. Everyone values their privacy while still enjoying the occasional relaxed chat in the evening. Perfect for someone looking for a calm, well-connected flat with a great atmosphere. Nach drei tollen Jahren ziehe ich aus meinem Zimmer in einer WG in Zürich aus. Die Wohnung war lange ein echtes Zuhause, daher fällt der Abschied nicht leicht.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet, mit einem großen Fernseher und praktischen Gemeinschaftsgegenständen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und angenehm, mit zwei Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Haus, Denner und Coop in Gehdistanz und einer Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum in etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Bus. Zudem befinden sich die Letzigraben-Badi sowie die städtischen Gärten in der Nähe.
Die Mitbewohner sind freundlich und respektvoll: Aurelie (36) arbeitet in einer Buchhandlung und liebt Bücher, Simon (40) organisiert Events und besucht in seiner Freizeit gerne Veranstaltungen. Privatsphäre wird geschätzt, gleichzeitig gibt es ab und zu entspannte Gespräche am Abend.
Ideal für jemanden, der eine ruhige, gut angebundene WG mit angenehmer Atmosphäre sucht.
Bevorzugt wird, wer bereit ist, die Möbel zu einem reduzierten Preis zu übernehmen.
