I’m renting out my room (14m2) while I’m away for 1.5 to 2 months (TBD), starting January 15th. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a very calm and friendly couple in their mid-30s.
The apartment is located next to Limmatplatz, about 10 minutes walking distance from Zurich HB. There is a rooftop, although it’s not something you’ll probably use much during winter :)

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer (14 m2), während ich für 1,5 bis 2 Monate (TBD) weg bin, ab dem 15.01. Du würdest die Wohnung mit einem sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Paar (beide 35 Jahre alt) teilen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der Limmatplatz, etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Zürich HB entfernt. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse, die man im Winter vermutlich nicht oft nutzt :)
