I am a master's student at ETH, looking for a tidy flatmate.
The room can be rented immediately or by agreement.
The 66-sqm apartment features a spacious kitchen-living room with a balcony, and a separate bathroom. It is in an elevated first floor (Hochparterre). The 11-sqm room is furnished with a single bed with mattress and storage drawers, a desk, a wardrobe, a chair, and a shelf.
The kitchen and the bathroom will be shared. The apartment is located in an uncrowded area, with very good public transportation connections. Tram 7 (Glattwiesen) and Tram 9 (Luegisland) are 3 walking minutes away, and S-Bahn (Stettbach) is 15 walking minutes away. Lidl, Migros, Denner and Coop are all in 5-10 walking minutes distance, as is Post office and the Glatt shopping center. Cleaning schedule is taken seriously. Students (ETH/UZH) are preferred.
