Über die Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist für einen absolut sorglosen Aufenthalt konzipiert („worry-free stay“). Sie besticht durch High-End-Mobiliar und ist komplett ausgestattet – inklusive High-Speed WIFI und einem regelmässigen, professionellen Reinigungsservice. Einfach Koffer packen, einziehen und wohlfühlen.
Die Wohnsituation (Maximale Privatsphäre): Du hast dein eigenes Zimmer mit privatem Badezimmer und Balkon. Der Grundriss bietet viel Privatsphäre, da dein Bereich im gegenüberliegenden Flügel der Wohnung liegt. Den grosszügigen Wohnbereich, sowie die moderne Küche teilst du mit einem langjährigen Mieter (Architekt). Er ist berufstätig, ruhig und reist sehr viel (ca. 50% Abwesenheit), sodass du oft den Luxus geniesst, die gesamte Wohnung für dich allein zu haben.

The apartment is designed for a completely worry-free stay. It features high-end furnishings and comes fully equipped—including high-speed WiFi and a regular, professional cleaning service. Simply pack your suitcase, move in, and feel at home.
The living situation (maximum privacy):
You will have your own bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony. The layout offers a high degree of privacy, as your area is located in the opposite wing of the apartment. You will share the spacious living area and modern kitchen with a long-term tenant (an architect). He works full-time, is quiet, and travels frequently (approx. 50% of the time), so you will often enjoy the luxury of having the entire apartment to yourself.
