I’m subletting a bright, modern room with a private en-suite bathroom in a large, spacious apartment just a short walk from Oerlikon Station. The room is available mid-December.

• 2 bathrooms (yours is private & en-suite)

• A shared washing machine & dryer in the basement
• A large, modern open-plan kitchen + living room
• Designed as a 3-room apartment, but the main owner lives abroad and uses the third room for storage only (permanently locked)

Super connections to Oerlikon, Zurich HB, and the airport — fast and convenient for commuting and travel.

• Social, easygoing, with a good sense of humour
• English-speaking preferred, but improving my German works too
• Enjoys a friendly home environment while valuing personal space (thanks to separate bathrooms!)

I’m Matthew, 25M, an engineer in the automotive industry. Originally from the UK, but I’ve lived many years in both Switzerland and the U.S.
