The flat is on the top floor of the “Tramdepot Hard”, next to Escher-Wyss Platz and the Limmat, overlooking the city on three sides. The 5.5 rooms are split into:
- a big living room with an open kitchen
- a parental bedroom
- One office room with a guest bed (140cm wide)
- Two kids rooms
- Two bathrooms
- Two balconies (one with very nice sunsets)
We are going travelling before our daughter starts kindergarten and are thus looking for a family / couple to sublet our apartment for the 3 months of May, June, and July 2026. Please write us a few words about yourself if you are interested and we can set up a (virtual) visit.
The monthly rent is CHF 3600.- incl. utilities & high-speed Wi-Fi.
