The flat is close to Schwamedingerplatz where a Migros, Coop and Denner are situated. Also, Lidl is only at 2 stops. The area is well connected via the 7/9 trams (~20 min to city centre) and is close to a forest.
The room that is freeing up is ~11 sqm and 700.- a month all charges included. Your roommates will be Kaya (30), Philipp (26) and Eric (25). Kaya is working in crime prevention, currently at JuWe. She's super social and always down for cultural events. She is the DJ of the flat and loves to talk about underground places to go for concerts. Philipp loves physics and philosophy and if you need a book recommendation he's the one. He can disappear for days on a whim and he is a late bird. Eric is finishing his master degree (he is a nerd about physics). He practices bouldering and loves to cook: chili con carne does not have any secrets for him.
Even though the life rhythms are not always in sync, we try to spend time together. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and friendly: having good conversations, doing sports, watching films or cooking are just some of the activities we do together.
They are all german speakers but most of the time they communicate in English so if you are a foreigner like me you would not feel excluded at all :)
We also have a little garden where we like to have conversations sometimes.
We have 2 bathrooms: one for Kaya and you and one for the boys. The picture is the one you will be using.
We respect each other personal spaces leaving one alone if they're not in the mood. We're looking for a working or studying person in their 23-30 years old to keep the ratio balanced.
