Comfort: Floor heating; shared laundry on the same floor. Outdoor: Balcony for fresh air and light. Storage/Parking: No separate cellar/attic; parking by arrangement with the landlord (Studentlodge). Pets: Not allowed. Rent: CHF 1,690 net + CHF 190 utilities = CHF 1,880/month.
