Rent: CHF 895 per month, including all additional costs except electricity and Wi-Fi, which are shared between the two roommates (approximately CHF 30 per month). Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a newly renovated stove and oven. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Location: The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and close to tram lines 7 and 9, which provide direct connections to:
Zurich HB (approx. 30 minutes)
UZH and ETH main building (approx. 25 minutes)
We are looking for:
A person with proof of income
Someone tidy and respectful
A non-smoker in the apartment
Long-term stay
The room is unfurnished, but the furniture can be taken over at an affordable price if interested.
