Their use is shared with the rest of the building but there is not a fix schedule and they are usually available.

The apartment has a balcony accessible from the living room with a set of table and two chairs.

The flat is greatly located in a small and quiet street. It offers easy access to public transport, the bus and trams stops of Manesseplatz and Schmiede Wiedikon are at 2 and 10 minutes walking distance. Binz and Giesshubel train stations are also reachable in less then 10 minutes by foot. By bike it is possible to get to the city center and the lake in around 10 minutes.

There are shops close by such as a coop 50m away and a pharmacy, a butcher and other convenient stores just around the corner. The area also offers a good mix of restaurant and cafes at short walking distance.
There are multiple parks and playground options reachable by foot.
The Sihl river and Uetliberg are close by, offering quick access to larger green areas great for running, walking or cycling.
