Lease takeover of beautiful apartment in Seefeld
I am moving out of this apartment at the beginning of April and I am looking for someone to take over the lease -- I will likely need a couple of days early in April for the move and for cleaning, but the exact move in date can be discussed.
I moved in here in October 2025 and the first termination date is October 2026, but I found an apartment closer to my workplace. I have already requested the reduction of rent due to the reduction of interest rates, so as of October 2026 the rent will be 4099.90 CHF instead of 4214.75.
The apartment is very large and bright (every room has large windows), all the floors have parquet, except the kitchen and the bathrooms. The master bedroom is facing west to the quiet Hornbachstrasse while the second room faces Seefeldstrasse to the east, which is also not loud and not heavily trafficked. There are two very large cellars, one in the basement (UG) and one in the attic (6 OG). The laundry machine and dryer are shared, in the basement, but the schedule has never been a problem (many tenants and I have each 3 slots per week, there are always additional slots and Sundays are free for all).
Very well connected, trams 11 and 15 (previously number 2 and 4) stop right in front of the building, 2 coops, post office, a pharmacy and the lake are within 3' on foot.
