Rent a room in a shared flat in Zurich

We are offering a very nice 12m2 unfurnished room in a shared flat with three more people. The flat has a total of 4 bedrooms with two shared bathrooms, one big balcony with a BBQ and afternoon sun, one small balcony with morning sun, and a large kitchen and living room area. We also have a laundry and drying machine inside the apartment and there is a bike and car parking underground.

We are looking for someone between 27 and 33 years old already working (or doing a PhD), preferably a girl to maintain the balance in the flat, and a non-smoker. We like to spend time together so ideally we share some interests (hiking, skiing, cooking, bjj, boardgames, movies, chilling). We are looking for someone relaxed, that is excited to have a nice wg community and share spontaneous dinners, chats and sometimes activities together. We are also looking for someone tidy with a clean after yourself mentality to keep the flat nice all the time.

We are Alan (28yo, Mexican, software engineer), Fabi (30yo, Swiss, environmental planner) and Roberto (31yo, Swiss, doctor), the three of us working in Zurich! Fabi loves anything related to outdoors, from chill hikes and walks in the forest to skitouring and going on glacier expeditions, she loves photography, baking, plants and is always down to do some ASVZ class together. Alan is lazy but loves skiing, kayaking, doing easy hikes and now getting into skitouring, known in the flat for always asking if someone wants to play a boardgame and enjoys watching movies. Robi loves doing sports, especially jiujitsu, always down to order some Uber eats for dinner with someone and plays Bad Bunny all around the flat after his most recent trip to South America. Occasionally we might end up doing some random activity during the weekends!
