Konkret gibt's dafür:
• 1 Schlafzimmer, möbiliert mit Bett, Nachttisch und Pflanzen, Komode und zwei Kleiderstangen.
• 1 tolle Mitbewohnerin (35 Jahre alt)
• 1 ca. 75m2 grosse Dachtterrasse mit Rundum-Sicht über Züri (auch im Winter schön!)
• 1 Wohnzimmer, Küche, eigenes kleines Bad, Waschmaschine/Tumbler in Wohnung
• eine hilfsbereite und offene Nachbarschaft: wir kennen uns im Haus, teilen Freundschaften, Tipps und Hilfe. Es gibt einen Hauschat und mind. 1 Apero gefühlt pro Woche
• 1 Putzpersonal, dass zweimal im Monat die ganze Wohnung und deine zwei Zimmer reinigt
• alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet, was weiss ich) inbegriffen
