Rent a room in a shared flat in Bern

Hi everyone! 👋
We are looking for a new flatmate to join our spacious and light-filled 3-bedroom apartment. Since our previous main tenant is leaving, we are looking for someone who wants to join us in taking over the main contract of this amazing flat.

🗓️ Availability: From February 1st
✨ About the apartment: The flat is over 100m², modern, and features:

• A huge private terrace.
• A bright open-plan living and dining area
• A fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher)
• A beautiful piano — perfect if you enjoy music
• A washing machine and tumble dryer inside the flat
• A large storage room in the basement (great for bikes/skis) 🚲

✨ The Location: Just a 1 minute walk to the bus stop (buses to Bern Bahnhof every 10 mins 🚌). Nearby you’ll find an Aldi, a gym, restaurants, and a city bike station right around the corner.

✨ About the room: Your room is around 15m², cozy, and bright.

✨ Your future flatmates: We are two professionals who value a friendly and respectful atmosphere:

• Graziano (33) from Italy 🇮🇹. He is a Dentist specializing in periodontology. He’s super friendly, makes amazing pizza on Friday nights 🍕, and enjoys cycling, volleyball, and hanging out with friends.
• Guillem (31) from Spain 🇪🇸. He works full-time and loves building little entrepreneurship projects on the side 🚀. Calm, respectful and tidy, he plays tennis 🎾 and piano (…sometimes 😄), and enjoys cooking everything from healthy meals to guilty-pleasure comfort food. Friendly and easy-going, but he also values quiet time and personal space.

We speak English at home (and also some Italian/Spanish/German).
✨ About You (Important): Since we are applying to take over the main lease together, we are looking for a young professional with a stable income who intends to stay long-term. We are looking for someone open-minded, tidy, and easy-going who enjoys good vibes but also respects privacy.
