I am looking for a flatmate who is a PhD student or Postdoc (woman only, single occupancy). The buildings is about 20 minutes to both Hoenggerberg and Zentrum campuses of ETH Zurich. I am also a PhD student at ETH.
The flat has two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. It is a fully furnished apartment with a shared living room and kitchen. There are all the necessary items including the kitchenware and dishwasher. Rent includes all the utilities. It's a new apartment and we are the first tenants.
No parties or long-term guests are expected in the shared areas. Attention to noise and cleanliness is important.

The deposit is one month rent.
