Contract Terms:

Option A:

• Fixed-Term Contract.
• Monthly Payment. 1-Month Rent Deposit.

Option B:

• 2–3-Month Contract.
• One Instalment Payment for full duration.
• 25–45% Deposit on total stay fee.

(All contracts have a one-time fee of CHF 45-75 for the room preparation and cleaning)

• Medial Rooms: CHF 1'175, 14m2

• Big Rooms: CHF 1'375, 20m2
