Freies WG-Zimmer (19m^2) in 5.5 Zimmer Wohnung direkt beim Marktplatz. Du würdest mit drei Mitbewohnern (alle 24) leben. Wir sind eine aktive WG und suchen jemanden, der Teil unserer WG werden möchte zwischen Mai-August (evt. Oktober) :) Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gross (143m^2) mit 4 Zimmern, einem riesigen Wohnzimmer, Rundumbalkon, neuer Küche und separatem Bad und WC. Gerne kann das Zimmer möbiliert übernommen werden. Die Lage ist super zentral und direkt beim Blumenmarkt, (2min zur Bushaltestelle Blumenberg, 10min zu Fuss an die Uni, etwas mehr als 5min zum Bahnhof). Durch die zentrale Lage sind auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Neumarkt oder Coop City nur ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt :) Falls du Auf der Suche nach einer coolen WG bist, freuen wir uns von dir zu hören!

Hey there, we got a free and spacious room (19m^2) in our flat from May until end of August (potentially even October). You‘d live together with three flatmates (all 24M). We‘re pretty active as a flat - even though summer months may be a bit more quiet than usual, and would love to hear more about you! The room is furnished and could be rented as such. It‘s located very centrally above Blumenmarkt and has a busstop directly to the university about 2 mins away. The train station is around 5 mins away by foot and the university around 10mins by foot. It‘s directly at Marktplatz so possibilities to grocery shop at Marktplatz or Neumarkt are both only a couple of meters away. The appartment has lots of natural light, 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 toilette, a big living room of 38 square meters, a new kitchen and a balcony all around the flat.
