I'm Tania, the owner of the building.
I rent a room in a shared apartment on the second floor without elevator.
Your room is 10 sqm and you share to flat with 2 room mates (2 young boys).
The flat is completely furnished and the common spaces (kitchen, bathroom and the entrance) are cleaned once a week. The cleaning and the wifi are included in the price.
The laundry is in the basement and you can use it every day (Sunday included)and the flat has a cellar.
The room is free from April 1st to August 31st. The deposit is one monthly rent (790 CHF).
