Apartment located in a very calm and green area. Züriberg forest is at 5 min walking distance which is very nice for a walk or a run. Many people pass running in front of the flat to go to the forest haha. Coop and migros are also at walking distance. Tram 9, 7 (waldgarten) and buses are at the corner. Zurich HB is reachable within 15 min by bycicle (if you cycle fast ;)). The flat is very bright, there are windows from all cardinal points. The kitchen includes all the basic utilities (fridge, dishwasher, oven). The charges include the water, the heating, the gardeners and the cleaners of the common areas of the building, the washing machine. It excludes the electricity which is around 10 chf a month (bill arriving every 3 months) and the fiber internet (super fast) that I pay separately (25 chf per person). About me, I'm a research software engineer working at ETH (30 years old, female). I'm very sporty (hiking, skiing, ski touring, bicycling) and enjoy social and art events. I really like to share a dinner with my flatmate but also like to have my own time.
