Rent a room in a shared flat in Zurich

A bright and cozy room will soon be available in our shared flat close to Irchelpark!
The room is on the (raised) ground floor with two large windows, parquet flooring, and comes fully furnished with everything you need (bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, desk with chair, lamps, storage unit and sofa). Furniture, wifi and utilities all come included in the rent!
You will be sharing the flat with three other flatmates: Giuseppe (italian, PhD student), Marko (italian, young worker) and a new tenant who's gonna move in soon. Everyone is around 25/27 years old, working or doing his PhD, and into sports like running/gym/cycling. The atmosphere is easygoing: everyone values his own privacy but there's always time to hang out or have dinner together whenever someone wants!
The location is super convenient: 12 minutes to Zurich HB, ETH or UZH by tram, and well connected to reach pretty much every place in Zurich or Oerlikon (tram 51/10 stops are just outside the house. 10 mins walk to Milchbuck station). To arrive to Irchelpark/ UZH Irchel campus less than a 10 minutes walk is needed.
Common areas include a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave), a corridor and a bathroom. The laundry room is common to the building and it costs 1.80 CHF per use (both washing machine and tumble dryer are available).

We're looking for a new flatmate who fits well with the current vibe: ideally a young professional around the same age range, working regular hours in an office environment or doing a PhD.
Please note that proof of employment is required.
Move in date is ideally the 1st of April, but it can be arranged.
