I’m searching for a flatmate, ideally for weekly stays, to share my charming 2-bedroom garden maisonette in central Zürich (Kreis 6, Sonneggstrasse). My dearest flatmate is sadly leaving Zurich mid-end of January. Start date is flexible.

The private garden is framed by a towering magnolia and cherry tree, roses, hydrangeas, and other flowering bushes. The balcony overlooks the lush garden and nestbox for tits (fledging multiple Parus major clutches to boot).
🛏️ Semi-private furnished room 18m2 including small wardrobe, table, sofas, and paravent. Please BYOB (bring your own bed).
🛋️ Shared kitchen, bathroom, and garden; bedrooms are connected by a spiral staircase (note: no soundproofing).
💰 Rent: CHF1,350/month and a 1-month deposit.
