ab den 01.04.2026 wir in unserer WG ein Plätz frei :)
Über einen früheren Einzugs Termin kann gesprochen werden.

Die Wohnung bietet insgesamt 96 lichtdurchflutete Quadratmeter

Das Zimmer bietet 18qm welche noch voll nach deinen Wünschen gestaltet werden können.

Zur Ausstattung der Wohnung gehören ein großzügiger Vorraum, ein Badezimmer mit WC, ein zusätzliches separates WC, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer welches auf den Balkon führt, dieser Blick direkt auf den Rhein erhält die Morgensonne bis etwa 13:00 Uhr. Sowie eine grosszügige Küche selbst wenn sie nicht die neueste ist ;).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: Sie liegt direkt am Rhein und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht, die für Baseler Verhältnisse besonders beeindruckend ist. Am besten machst du dir selbst ein Bild davon.

Hello everyone

Starting April 1st, 2026, a room will be available in our shared apartment :)
An earlier move-in date can be discussed.

The apartment offers a total of 96 bright and light-filled square meters.
The room itself is 18 sqm and can be fully designed and furnished according to your own preferences.

The apartment features a spacious entrance area, a bathroom with toilet, an additional separate toilet, and a large living room with access to the balcony. The balcony offers a direct view of the Rhine and enjoys morning sun until around 1:00 pm. There is also a generously sized kitchen even if it’s not the newest one ;).

The location is excellent: situated directly on the Rhine, it offers a breathtaking view that is particularly impressive by Basel standards. It’s best to come and see it for yourself!
