This apartment is a real gem and honestly not easy to describe without feeling it.

A fully renovated attic apartment in the heart of Zurich, located in Stauffacher, yet incredibly calm and peaceful. You are right in the city center, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bars, groceries and everything you need, while enjoying silence, light and privacy thanks to its top floor position.

The apartment is on the 6th and last floor of a small building with only three apartments in total. Privacy is exceptional. Noise is minimal. You feel above the city, not inside it.

The style and vibe are what make this place special. Exposed wooden beams everywhere, warm wood floors, and a slightly lower ceiling that creates a very cozy, chalet like feeling. It truly feels like a mountain hideaway placed right in the most vibrant city of Europe. In some areas the ceiling is lower than usual, I am 1.74m and never had any issue. On the contrary, this is what gives the apartment its unique sense of home and comfort.

The apartment is fully furnished with all furniture brand new and high quality, only a few months old. It is fully equipped and ready to move in from day one. Nothing to buy, nothing to organize. Just arrive and live.

Light is outstanding throughout the day. Morning light enters from the bedroom and slowly flows through the living space. Thanks to windows all around, air circulation is excellent. In winter the apartment stays very warm thanks to good insulation and multiple heaters. In summer it remains pleasant and fresh.

One of the highlights is the private roof terrace. A rare luxury in Zurich. Sunrises, sunsets, open sky and city views create an incredible feeling, especially in the evening.

Additional features include a Sonos sound system throughout the apartment, fast internet included, and a spacious laundry room in the basement that is free to use. Since only a few people live in the building, you never have to wait.

Connectivity is perfect. Tram stop is literally 30 seconds by foot. Groceries, pharmacy and daily essentials are just around the corner. Zurich main station is about 10 minutes walking distance. The area is lively and vibrant, yet the apartment itself is very calm due to its position and height.

As expected in such a central location, some daytime sounds from the church and trams can be heard. Thanks to the height and position of the apartment, they are contained and most people stop noticing them after a short time.

I am leaving the apartment because life is taking me to a new adventure for an indefinite time, minimum eight months and possibly longer. I truly love this place and do not want to lose it. I am therefore looking for someone I can trust, who will take good care of it and enjoy it as their home while I am away.
