Rent a room in a shared flat in Pfäffikon SZ

The 16m2 Room is available as of 1st of April.
The apartment is very bright and cosy - it has a nice terrace with afternoon/evening sun.
It is far from the church tower in the center of town - therefore the bells do not wake you up at 7:00 am - and then you to do not hear them every hour :)

There are 2 people living in the WG: marketing agency owner and a nurse.
We are very friendly, quiet and very discreet - and we look for the same kind of roommate (female or male, above 30 yo).

There is a possibility of renting an outdoor parking space (60 CHF) or underground parking space (120 CHF). Washing machine and Tumbler are new. There is a big bike room. No cellar.

Very close is a bus stop - bus can take you to the train station (2 min) or to the shopping center 2 min (Seedam center).
It takes 24 min to Zurich HB with the fastest train.

You can come to view the place on
1) Sun. 8th of March at 15:00h.
2) Sun. 22nd of March at 15:00h

The price includes everything:
- 1GB internet

Deposit = 1 month rent

Pfäffikon has one of the lowest Income tax rates in Switzerland (33% lower income tax in than in Zürich) and significantly lower health insurance (whole Kanton Schwyz). It is possible to register your company in the apartment (the company tax is also among the lowest in Switzerland).
