Rent a room in a shared flat in Winterthur

Ein herziges Zimmer im 4-ten Stock vom Türmlihaus wird ab sofort frei. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert und mit einem Lavabo ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist Teil der Altstadt und liegt zentral (ca. 7 min zum Bahnhof) direkt gegenüber vom Technikum (ZHAW).

Wir suchen jemanden, der kontaktfreudig ist und gerne Sachen unternimmt. Im Türmlihaus leben 32 Studierende – es ist also immer jemand anzutreffen. Das Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert und es werden oft WG-Essen oder Filmabende organisiert, sodass du schnell Anschluss findest. Du teilst dir zwei WCs und zwei Duschen mit sechs anderen Personen, welche im gleichen Stockwerk wohnen. Im Haus gibt es zwei Waschküchen, drei Küchen und ein Wohn- und ein Gemeinschaftszimmer (mit Billiardtisch und Töggelikaste). Während des Semesters findet jeden Donnerstag die Türmli-Bar statt. Du bist also immer in guter Gesellschaft :)

Wichtig! Du musst die WOKO-Kriterien erfüllen, um das Zimmer mieten zu können. Das heisst: du musst studieren (an der UZH Universität Zürich, ETH Zürich, ZHAW Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHdK), Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich (PHZH), Hochschule für Heilpädagogik Zürich (HfH) oder Kantonale Maturitätsschule für Erwachsene (KME)) und das Zimmer mindestens für 6 Monate mieten.

Neben der Miete wird ein zusätzlicher Semesterbetrag für allgemeine Verbrauchsgegenstände (Putz-, Kochuntensilien etc.) von 160.- verrechnet.

A lovely room on the 4th floor of the Türmlihaus is available immediately. The room is partially furnished and equipped with a washbasin. The flat is part of the old town and is centrally located (approx. 7 minutes to the train station) directly across from the Technikum (ZHAW).

We are looking for someone who is sociable and enjoys participating in activities. There are 32 students living in the Türmlihaus, so there is always someone around. Living together is uncomplicated, and shared meals or film evenings are often organised, so you will quickly make friends. You will share two toilets and two showers with six other people who live on the same floor. The house has two laundry rooms, three kitchens, a living room and a community room (with a pool table and foosball table). During the semester, the Türmli Bar is open every Thursday. So you'll always be in good company :)

Important! You must meet the WOKO criteria to be able to rent the room. This means that you must be a student at UZH, ETH Zurich, ZHAW, ZHdK, PHZH, HfH or KME and rent the room for at least 6 months.

Besides the rent, there’s an additional semester fee of 160.- for general household items (cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc.).
