Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Universität Irchel und Uni/ETH Hauptgebäude (Winterthurerstrasse 86, 8006 Zürich). Beide Uni-Standorte sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Tram in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Zürich HB und Unterer Letten auch in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar mit dem Fahrrad.
Wir, Elias (28) und Valentin (24) haben studiert und sind nun arbeitstätig in der Informatik- und Elektrotechnikbranche. Wir legen Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander, reisen sehr gerne und sind im Sommer oft unterwegs.
Das Zimmer (ca. 20 m²) steht ab 1. März 2026 bis zum 31. Dezember 2026 zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.

The apartment is located between the Irchel Campus and the UZH/ETH main campus (Winterthurerstrasse 86, 8006 Zürich). Both university locations can be reached by bike or tram in 5-10 minutes. Zurich HB and Unterer Letten can also be reached in about 10 minutes by bike.
We, Elias (28) and Valentin (24), studied and now work in the IT and electrical engineering industry. We value mutual respect when living together, love to travel, and are often outside in the summer.
The room (approximately 20 m²) is available from March 1, 2026, until December 31, 2026. The room is unfurnished.
