Room available for rent in a bright and modern 2-person apartment, located in a quiet corner of Oerlikon. The apartment occupies the top floor of a house with three apartments and additionally offers a very large attic and a cellar!
The 2-person apartment is 79 m² and features a furnished terrace, perfect for summer days, as well as a wood-burning stove to enjoy cozy winter evenings. Parties in the apartment are not accepted, but the living room is welcoming and well suited for extended dinners with friends.
Parquet flooring in the bedrooms, living room, and hallway.
The room is 13 m², bright, and rented fully furnished (bed, wardrobes, desk and chair) for 6 months.
Rent is CHF 1,100 warm (excluding internet and minor additional costs).

Looking for:
I am looking for a respectful person, student or young working professional, m/f, aged 25–35, who is looking for a cozy place to stay over spring and summer.
Someone tidy, responsible, and who enjoys feeling at home in the apartment, including for opening one or two beers together. Ideally, you are not just looking for a purely functional shared flat, but also enjoy having your flatmate around the table from time to time :)

About us:
You would be sharing the apartment with Yannik, who works in the city and recently moved in. He enjoys cooking, being creative in the evenings and on weekends, or going out to bars and thrift stores. Every now and then, he likes to host a dinner or evening gathering with a few friends. He’s always happy to share a meal, play a game, or just hang out in the evening. It would be great to have someone who doesn’t want to live completely withdrawn. Otherwise, he’s an easygoing and uncomplicated person.
