A room in my beautiful, 3.5-room old-building apartment in 4053 Basel is available from Feb 1st or by arrangement. I’m looking for a female flatmate.
About the flat:
1st floor, lovely neighbours, easy access to a washing machine, shops nearby and excellent public transport connections.
The main train station is only 6 minutes by tram.
About me:
I’m 37, a social worker, open-minded, communicative and easy-going. I value both shared moments and personal space.
I don't smoke, but i don't mind if you're a smoker.
I’m vegetarian, enjoy cooking and travel a lot – I’m often staying at my partner’s place or abroad.
What I’m looking for:
A relaxed, open-minded person with a reasonable sense of tidiness.
Whether you prefer a practical shared flat or the occasional glass of wine together – both are fine.

Zur Wohnung:
Altbau, 1. Stock, angenehme Hausgemeinschaft, Waschmaschine unkompliziert nutzbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten praktisch vor der Tür und top ÖV-Anbindung.
Mit dem Tram bist du in 6 Minuten am Bahnhof.
Zu mir:
Ich bin 37, Sozialpädagogin, offen, kommunikativ und unkompliziert. Ich mag Austausch, aber auch Rückzug – eine WG, in der beides Platz hat, wäre ideal.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin, habe aber nichts dagegen - da wir einen Balkon haben 😊
Ich koche gern (vegetarisch), bin viel unterwegs und nicht dauernd zu Hause – oft bei meinem Freund oder auf Reisen.
Was mir wichtig ist:
Respektvoller Umgang, ein normales Ordnungsempfinden und Offenheit.
Ob Zweck-WG oder gelegentlich zusammen ein Glas Wein – alles kann, nichts muss.
