The apartment offers an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It is a modern, well-maintained apartment in a building with a lift, ready to move in. Laundry facilities and storage are in the basement. Note: the washing machine and dryer are shared only with one other flat.

Easy connections to SBB: 15–20 minutes walking distance, with Tram 16 and Bus 36 right at the doorstep.

Optional furniture in excellent condition, such as a mattress, a closet, a coat stand, can be taken over for a symbolic amount.

The rent is CHF 1445.00 per month, including utilities (Nebenkosten). A three-month deposit is required. Please, have a current debt certificate ready, as it is required for the application.

This is a replacement tenancy, ideally starting on 15th April 2026, but the start date is flexible. Preference will be given to tenants who can move in earlier in April, and willing to take the furniture.
