I am subletting a room in a beautiful historical renovated 3,5 room duplex in the center of Steinhausen a mere 5 minute walk from the train station and with bus stops practically in front of the door. The common spaces are fully furnished, there is a complete kitchen with Zug appliances including a dishwasher and washmachine/tumbler in the property. There is also a separate wash room in the building and plenty of storage space. There is a bathroom with a WC on the upper floor and a separate WC on the ground floor. There is also a small garden in front of the house.
Floor heating throughout.
All utilities, WiFi and TV are included.
A parking space can be arranged for about 130 CHF.
There is a COOP supermarket right across the house and a Migros a couple of minutes away.
I am looking for a kind and tidy working individual, non-smoker, with no pets.
