Bitte beachten: Die Vermietung erfolgt gemäss den JUWO-Kriterien. Die mietende Person muss daher zwischen 16 und 28 Jahre alt sein, sich in Ausbildung befinden (Lehre, Studium oder Praktikum) und ein Bruttojahreseinkommen von maximal CHF 30’000 aufweisen. Zudem wird eine selbständige Haushaltsführung vorausgesetzt. Sämtliche Kriterien müssen während der gesamten Mietdauer erfüllt bleiben.
