Hi! I’m Fabian, 28, and I’m looking for a new roommate for a cozy, newly renovated 64m² apartment in Enge, as my current one is moving in with his girlfriend.😁
The available room is about 20m², freshly renovated like the rest of the flat. The apartment comes with two balconies, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and everything else you might need for comfortable living. The location is another big highlight. Just a 5-minute walk to the lake, 5–10 minutes to Enge train station, 5min to the Allmend park, about 20 minutes on foot to Paradeplatz.
Having lived in shared flats before, I’m looking for someone easygoing and friendly. Someone who’s up for sharing the space and maybe grabbing a beer together in the evenings now and then, eventhough I will be mostly working late.
The furniture shown in the pictures can be taken over if you’d like, or you’re free to furnish the room entirely to your own taste. The room, including your own private balcony, will be available at the end of January, but I’m flexible with the move-in date
