I am subletting my beautiful furnished room (with private balcony!) in my friendly 3-person shared apartment for 8 months (or more): from January 1 2026 to 1 September 2026 (dates are flexible). The flat is located in Bäckeranlage (Kreis 4), a lively and super central neighborhood: the park is just downstairs, restaurants and bars are all around, the main station is at only 10 min walking-distance, and going to Letten river for a swim only takes a 5 min by bike.
The apartment is bright, calm and full of plants. Your flatmates will be: Achille (32yo architect - he takes great care of the plants of the house and often cooks delicious dishes), and Inigo (artist - he has good vibes and is always down for deep talks). Achille and Inigo are very relaxed, friendly, and fun and also fully respect privacy and alone-time.
