A room in our lovely shared flat is available for rent immediately. The room is approximately 12 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and mirror.
Our shared flat has 3 bedrooms, a washroom, and a spacious kitchen and living room. A couple currently lives in the apartment.
The flat is located on the 5th floor, accessible by both a lift and stairs. The room features underfloor heating and is bright and cozy.
Location highlights:
Just a 3-minute walk to the Lochergut tram stop (Tram 2 and 3).
A 6-minute walk to Bahnhof Wiedikon, with access to trains S2, S8, S24, and SN8.
Several bus/tram/train stops are in the immediate vicinity.
