Für meine 2.5 Zimmerwohnung suche ich ab dem 01.01.2026 eine:n Untermieter:in. Ich werde nicht in Zürich sein und zum 25.04.2026 zurückkehren. Unter Umständen ist auch ein anderes Zeitfenster möglich. Lass mich wissen, wie es zeitlich bei dir aussieht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Kreis 5 in der Nähe vom Limmatplatz und ist trotzdem recht ruhig gelegen. Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuss innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen (2 Tram-Stationen). In der Nähe gibt es einige Supermärkte und viele schöne Cafés und Restaurants.
Die Wohnung ist momentan etwas spartanisch eingerichtet mit folgenden Möbeln: Bett (mit Matratze), Tisch, Stühle, Sofa, Sofatisch, Regal, Schrank, und komplette Küchenausstattung. (auf den Fotos sind noch mehr Möbel zu sehen, die aber nicht mehr hier sind)
Die gemeinsame Waschküche befindet sich im Keller. Ausserdem gibt es ein Estrichabteil. In der Küche habe ich eine Spülmaschine eingebaut. Die Wohnung ist offiziell nur für 1 Person benutzbar.

I’m looking for a subtenant for my 2.5 room flat from 01.01.2026. I will not be in Zurich for a few months and will return at 25.04.2026. Perhaps another time window is also possible. Let me know how it would work for you time-wise!
The flat is located super centrally near Limmatplatz in the Kreis 5 district. Still, it’s a relatively quiet location/neighborhood. You can reach Zurich main station by foot in 10 minutes or in 2 tram stops. A few super markets and a lot of nice cafés and restaurants are located nearby.
The flat will be partially furnished with the following: bed (incl. mattress), desk, chairs, couch, coffee table, cupboard, wardrobe, and full kitchen equipment. (the pictures show some more furniture which is no longer here)
There is a shared laundry room in the basement. In the attic, there’s a small storage space. I installed a dishwasher in the kitchen. Officially the flat can only be rented by 1 person.
