We are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 3-person WG.

The Flat:
- Total size: 97 sq.m.
- Your room: 15 sq.m.
- Private washroom (sink & toilet)
- Shared bath/shower
- Coop and Migros right downstairs
- 5 minutes from China Garden
- Bright, comfortable, and well-located apartment
- Rent: 1345 CHF per month
- WiFi not included: +17 CHF per month
- Move-in date: 1 May 2026
- Take over room as one of the three main tenants

About Us:
You’ll be sharing the flat with two girls.
One of them is a 28-year-old PhD student who enjoys dancing, swimming, and doing pottery. She's currently getting into strength training and usually likes to relax at home after an intense workday.
The other flatmate is 21 years old and works at a school while completing her education at the same time. She’s very social, enjoys dancing, doing pottery, and spending time with friends.

We are friendly and social, but also respect each other’s personal space.
This is not a purpose driven WG — we value a calm, respectful, and comfortable home environment.

Whom we are looking for:
- Strictly non-smoking
- Working professional/Student
- Age: 20s to mid-30s
- Clean, tidy, and responsible
- Social and respectful
- Willing to share cleaning duties
- Ready to take over as one of the main tenants
- Looking to stay for atleast one year
